[Swift-devel] coaster problem with jobmanager=gt4:gt4:pbs

I'll also need ~/.globus/coasters/coasters.log. Sorry for not mentioning
it earlier.

Normally with gt2, there would be a stdout explanation of what happened,
but with gt4 there is no stdout streaming back.
