[Swift-devel] gram client usage logging

GridFTP has a client info string, to indicate which client is being used. 
GridFTP people suggested that Swift should specify itself, rather than 
using the default CoG message that will be inherited from our use of the 
CoG libraries.

Is gram looking at doing anything like this, to allow clients to specify 
their identity? I know its been tossed around as an idea before.
