GridFTP developers (buzz, mlink) requested that Swift identify itself in
gridftp CLIENTINFO, rather than defaulting to the CoG identification that
JGlobus (as of 2008-10-29) produces (or nothing at all, given old version of
jglobus in cog head at this time).
