062-two-in-a-row.swift itself runs without exiting with failure.

However, it does not appear to do the stageout for the second job - 
running it with:

./run 062-two-in-a-row.swift 

gives a test failure because of that.

Changing:

    <execution provider="wonky" />

to

    <execution provider="local" />

makes this work, and changing it back makes it not work.
