[Swift-devel] coaster / Bad file descriptor

Here's an error I haven't seen before.

This is trying to run coasters with 
tests/sites/coaster/tgncsa-hg-coaster-pbs-gram2.xml

The first bit of the outputting trace is here:

Execution failed:
        Cannot submit job: Bad file descriptor
org.globus.cog.abstraction.impl.common.task.TaskSubmissionException: 
Cannot submit job: Bad file descriptor

I put the log file at 
http://www.ci.uchicago.edu/~benc/tmp/bad-fd-061-cattwo-20080514-1231-7uzfzn8b.log

This is using gt2:pbs (so should be using PBS local submission on the head 
node).

I get the same error three times in a row (this site definition has never 
worked, for one reason or another).

This same build can run the site tests ok to fletch using gt2:gt2, 
tests/sites/coaster/fletch-coaster-condor-gram2.xml.
