[Swift-devel] swift 0.4-rc1

I've just made release candidate 1 for swift 0.4. It passes my superficial 
testing. Please download and test it, ideally with your own big 
applications.

If there are no major problems, this will be released as swift 0.4 
sometime Tuesday.
