The recent scoring changes should reduce the damaging effect of such sites 
- Swift will make some attempts to use but should rapidly slow down 
submissions.

You did, though Mihael made a fix which cured my attempt at reproducing 
this. (see this:

Please try using replication again.

Also, if you have open issues that aren't actively being addressed, please 
put them in the bugzilla.
