Xi's work at the moment consists of giving extremely strong hints to Swift 
about how sites are likely to perform. So in the context of her work, any

agree with this.

Hopefully the replication functionality added recently will massively 
improve that, though there are still other problems (for example, fast 
fail sites bug 101) which I think are not addressed by that.
