On my laptop, test 085-iterate frequently (5 runs out of 5) gets stuck as 
in it runs some of the jobs (different each time) and then does not seelct 
a site for the next job for at least a few minutes.

I didn't wait to see if it selects a (the only) site after more than a 
couple of minutes.
