[Swift-devel] nightly rebuild of documentation

I finally got round to setting up a cron job to update the webspace 
from SVN every 24h (i.e. it runs update.sh)

So now, unless its urgent, you can commit doc changes to SVN and not have 
to log in to update the actual deployment of those docs.
