The syntax of this error message:

Failed to transfer wrapper log from
066-many-20081209-1448-hoqecv01/info/8/Clemson-ciTeam

has multiple times made me thing that Swift was trying to work with a
.../Clemson-ciTeam (or whatever site name) directory, which it is not.

Syntax should be changed to separate the path and host components with
something other than a /
