Lots of changes went in. That goes for cog, karajan, and swift. It's mostly cleanups for the type system and mapping related code, but also a prototype dcache provider, and no more manual editing of scheduler.xml to add providers. The language behavior tests seem to pass, but I think more testing would be needed. Mihael
