This release introduces `PetscRegressor`, https://urldefense.us/v3/__https://petsc.org/release/manual/regressor/__;!!G_uCfscf7eWS!et_Z7k9VCtNV7Z0dgSBR_u96qZ2otELZG48Epnaybl-q7DjANzso__JV20TF-Ujqsk1AS1-CjEH6Wz4HazgEayc$  which provides some basic infrastructure and a general API for supervised machine learning tasks at a higher level of abstraction than a purely algebraic “solvers” view.
