[petsc-users] Can not find the header file for OpenMPI

So this is the only issue? Does this dir not exist? If so, you can try the following fix:

However if this dir exists [i.e when --with-pkg-dir=DIR is specified and DIR/include exists] - configure will have no way of figuring out that this location is incorrect. And it should cause no harm to include it in compile commands.
