[petsc-users] windows build

Hello. I have such problem, while I'm making petsc
$ make
C:/cygwin64/home/itugr/asd/petsc//lib/petsc/conf/petscvariables:140: *** Too many open files.  Stop.
 Are there any advices how to fix it?
