[petsc-users] Mumps and PTScotch

Hello,

Is PTScotch required when using Petsc with Mumps to solve a (complex)
linear system of equations (direct solution)?

The page https://petsc.org/release/docs/manualpages/Mat/MATSOLVERMUMPS.html
mentions to use the following options for the configuration (see below) but
the option "--download-ptscotch" results in the error message "Unable to
configure with given options"
