[petsc-users] nghosts in 'DMMoabLoadFromFile'

Hello,

I am in the process of updating PetSc versions and I see that 'DMMoabLoadFromFile' function (in dmmutil.cxx) has a new argument 'nghosts'. For those of us who don't use ghost cells should we set it to 0?
