[petsc-users] installing petsc via spack on ac922 (a summit like system)

Cameron,

You can try changing following petsc configure options and see if that works.. [i.e build petsc manually]

CFLAGS=-fopenmp FFLAGS=-fopenmp CXXFLAGS=-fopenmp
