[petsc-users] Only print converged reason when not converged

KPSSetPostSolve(), There is no SNESSetPostSolve() but there could/should be.

Note inside the SNESSolve there are a bunch of pre and post hooks, don't get the confused with an outside SNESSetPostSolve()
