[petsc-users] Help with generalized eigenvalue problem

I tried with -esp_type lapack, but it still tries to do LU

I attached the code without perturbation of B,
probably something is missing in my way of setting up the problem.

I also attached the eps_view with perturbation

Run with -eps_type lapack

Eigen is not interfaced from SLEPc.
