[petsc-users] Outputting matrix for viewing in matlab

  Normally on would use to save the matrix and then use the scripts Patrick mentioned to read the matrix into Matlab or Python.

   call MatView(matrix, view,ierr)
   call PetscViewerDestroy(view,ierr)
