Hello, Savneet:
For the --with-debugging=0 issue, maybe you can try add --COPTFLAGS="-O"
--CXXOPTFLAGS="-O" --FOPTFLAGS="-O", because in version of 3.10.3, the
default flags are "-g -O". If -g is there, --with-debugging=0 won't work.
I tried this in my installation and it works.
