I have the changes in git branch 'balay/update-mumps-5.1.1'.

This change will go into petsc 'master' branch - after testing.

The following might work with your current petsc-3.7 or 'master' sources.

--download-mumps=1 --download-mumps-commit=v5.1.1-p1
