[petsc-users] PETSc without debugging

Hi,

I compiled the development branch of PETSc with "--with-debugging=0", 
but log_view warns me that I am running in debugging mode:

       ##########################################################
       #                                                        #
       #                          WARNING!!!                    #
       #                                                        #
       #   This code was compiled with a debugging option,      #
       #   To get timing results run ./configure                #
       #   using --with-debugging=no, the performance will      #
       #   be generally two or three times faster.              #
       #                                                        #
       ##########################################################

I attached the full output of log_view: it seems that I configured PETSc 
correctly.
Can I safely ignore this or I am missing something?
