[petsc-users] MatAssemblyBegin does not return.

Is there anyone who is experiencing the same problem as mine?

My code worked fine with PETSc-3.4.5 but the same code does not work after
upgrading to 3.6.3. Call to MatAssemblyBegin does not return.I waited 10+
hours and quit it. It used to return within a minute with 3.4.5. When I
downgrade to 3.4.5, everything works fine again.

Is there anyone had the same problem and resolved?
