[petsc-users] Form Local function from global

Hello,

I am using external library (MOOSE) to provide function/jacobian evaluation
routines.
It communicates with Petsc by SNES.

However, I would like to do nonlinear domain decomposition ( similar to
NASM/ASPIN).
Is it possible to extract LocalEvaluation routines from GlobalFunctions?
