[petsc-users] master branch option "-snes_monitor_solution"

Ed,
I have fixed the error in the branch barry/update-monitors now in next for testing.
There is one API change associated with the fix. To graphically visualize the solution one now needs
-ksp/snes/ts_monitor_solution draw
the default behavior is now to ASCII print the solution to the screen.

Further work is needed to unify and simplified the various monitor options.
