[petsc-users] MatSetValuesStencil

Hi,

MatSetValuesStencil page doesn't contain the standard phrase anymore: 
"Negative indices may be passed in idxm and idxn, these rows and columns 
are simply ignored" . Instead it specifies the usage of negative 
indicies for setting periodic BC.

Can I still use negative indices with MatSetValuesStencil in the usual 
way if I don't use DM_BOUNDARY_PERIODIC boundary type?
