As the message says - try running the examples manually. i.e

cd src/snes/examples/tutorials
make PETSC_DIR=/vol-th/home/taojj/luodong/sfwchombo/petsc/3.6.1 PETSC_ARCH=linux-dbg ex19 ex5f


yhrun -n 1 -t 30 -p TH_NET ./ex29
yhrun -n 1 -t 30 -p TH_NET ./ex5f
