Another tiny webpage issues:

*1) -pc_mg_type <multiplicative>:*  should start from a new line and be
bold.

2) * -pc_mg_cycles <1>: 1 for V cycle, 2 for W.* I found that this option
does not work for ml preconditioner. However, -pc_mg_cycle_type can set the
option to be w cycle.
