[petsc-users] MatNestGetISs in fortran

perhaps this routine does not need custom fortran interface.

Does the attached src/mat/impls/nest/ftn-auto/matnestf.c work [with petsc-3.4]?

If so - I'll add this to  petsc dev [master]
