[petsc-users] no decrease in iteration counts of KSPCG during time stepping

Maybe acronym becomes meaningless with time but AFAIK, this is the acronym
still used in recent papers related to feti by even its developers.
Sorry to say that but for some people, feti is the only way to beat direct
solvers.
