[petsc-users] with hdf5 dir

Hi All,

I attempted to include hdf5 dir in my configuration, but failed.

--with-hdf5-dir=$HDF5PATH

I tried HDF5PATH=/share/cluster/SLES9/x86_64/apps/hdf5/1.8.3, but it shows

         UNABLE to CONFIGURE with GIVEN OPTIONS    (see configure.log for
details):

As I run $module show hdf5, I got

What is my HDF5PATH?
