[petsc-users] Implement new Krylov method within PETSc

Dear PETSc developers, 
  Could you pls. formulate guidelines on how to implement a new (to PETSc) Krylov subspace method (such as e.g. SQMR or IDR) in PETSc or refer me to such guidelines?
