[petsc-users] configure error

  Remove the entire arch-eos-opt-intel directory and start again.

  If something fails then email configure.log immediately, do not fiddle around trying other things.

Somehow the previously build library is not correct.

ipo: warning #11060: /autofs/na3_home1/adams/petsc_public/arch-eos-opt-intel/lib/libmetis.a is an archive, but has no symbols (this can happen if ar is used where xiar is needed)
