[petsc-users] Unable to configure PETSc with CUDA: Problem with thrust directory

Isn't thrust typically in
/usr/local/cuda-6.0/include/thrust
so you need
--with-thrust-dir=/usr/local/cuda-6.0/include/thrust
There may be a similar issue with your cusp path.
