This is only for MPI. Hong, can you expose MatTransposeMatMult_SeqAIJ_SeqDense? 



What do you mean "expose MatTransposeMatMult_SeqAIJ_SeqDense"? 
MatTransposeMatMult_SeqAIJ_SeqDense() is being called for sequential runs.
