[petsc-users] Partitioning meshes with DMPlex

Hello, 

what is the best way to partition unstructured meshes stored with DMPlex? 
Does one have to create an adjacency matrix and use MatPartitioning routines? 
I do not want to partition the mesh graph (by cutting edges) but having a true domain decomposition (sets of cells per processor).
