Sorry, they are not exposed at this time.  They can (and should) be
added, but you can also register your own controller.  If you'd like to
help out, you can prepare a patch that adds TSAdaptBasicSetClip() and
similar functions to src/ts/adapt/impls/basic/adaptbasic.c.
