I meant 10^10 elements. However, you are right. The elements number of the data I want to use is 10^{7}x10^{14} and nonzero is 10^{8}. I don't have the data yet, so I confused.

Actually, B is very huge(more than 10^10) and sparse(about 1% dense). 
(10^{10})^2 * 1% = 10^{18} which is probably not a quantity of memory that you have available. So either the matrix is much smaller than 10^{10} or it's much less than 1% dense.
