[petsc-users] PT-SCOTCH not available

Dear PETSc folks,

I am trying to install PT-SCOTCH as the external package for PETSc.  I used
                --with-ptscotch=1
--download-ptscotch=yes

to install PETSc.  No complains.

But when I tried to use PT-SCOTCH, here is the message I got

L U Solver for unsymmetric matrices
Type of parallelism: Working host

****** ANALYSIS STEP ********

PT-SCOTCH not available.
Aborting.
...

Any idea to make it work?
