ex19 and ex5f both run w/o problem.

The problem seems to lie in DMDAVecGetArrayF90 and
DMDAVecRestoreArrayF90. I have reported this problem before when I
convert ex29 from C to Fortran. It works in Vs2008 windows but not in
linux. I wonder if it has some bugs or compatibility problem.
