What do you mean by this? LSC just uses the block structure; it's not like
PCD or other user-defined Schur preconditioners. Note that it generally
requires -ksp_diagonal_scale (see src/ksp/ksp/examples/tests/ex11.c,
especially the options used for runex11 and runex11_2).
