[petsc-users] petsc dev mat assembly fails

Hi,

I switched my code from petsc 3.2 to petsc dev in order to use the newest
superlu dist. And I also change MatCreateMPIAIJ to MatCreateAIJ as
mentioned on developer site. However I got some errors which I did not have
in petsc 3.2. From tracking the -info output, I found my code did not
execute the MatAssembly correctly. The output file is attached. Thus I am
wondering what else I should pay attention to when switching from 3.2 to
dev. Thanks.
