I did not specify the scalar type, so I assume it is real since configure says

--with-scalar-type=<real or complex>
       Specify real or complex numbers  current: real

But I will retry with --with-scalar-type=real and --download-f-blas-lapack 
anyway.

This happens with two different versions of blas/lapack: acml and mkl, though.
