[petsc-users] ubuntu default mpich gives error with parmetis

Sorry, it was my fault. This error happened because I first tried to 
build PETSc with --download-mpich and then used same directory bu 
without this options thus previously downloaded and configured MPICH 
library was actually used although I implied PETSc to use ubuntu's MPICH.
