[petsc-users] PETSC_HAVE_MPI_WIN_CREATE in petsc

Hello,
  I browsed petsc source cdoe and found  a macro PETSC_HAVE_MPI_WIN_CREATE.
  It seems petsc can use one-sided communication.  I want to test
MatMult()'s performance with one-sided.
  Then, how to enable it?
