[petsc-users] fortran NULL for VecScatterCreate

Hello PETSC developers and users,

In fortran the general PETSC_NULL is not valid.  How can I
pass a null argument iy in function

VecScatterCreate(Vec xin,IS ix,Vec yin,IS iy,VecScatter *newctx)

?
