[petsc-users] about array in VecCreateMPIWithArray()

If I have one array, each processor has a copy of all the values.
one possible option is
VecCreateMPI();
VecSetValues();
VecAssemblyBegin();
VecAssemblyEnd();

any better idea?

How to generate a MPI vector?
