[petsc-users] Matrix Reordering

Dear all,

How can I use the result ( rperm and cperm ) of

MatGetOrdering( Mat mat, const MatOrderingType type, IS *rperm, IS *cperm )

as an array of integers in order to permute my own Matrix?
